PiezoBolt is a bolt shaped load sensor. A sensor unit using the piezoelectric element is embedded.
Small force change can be measured by using the piezoelectric effect
converting infinitesimal load(pressure) variation in electrical charge signal.

Excellent senstivity and respose. 1000 times more senstive than a conventional strain gauge.
Applicability
Dimensional exchangeability with JIS standard bolts. Easy installation by just replacing the existing bolt.

Ip65 equivalent dust and waterproof protection grade, applicable up to 180°C. High-performance sensor suitable for mass production sites.
Flexibility
Not only compressive but also tensile force can be measured at the bolt joint.

MEMS Based Acceleration Sensor
